THE national veteran teams of 40 years old and 50 years old will be battling to lift the 25th Asean Veterans Basketball Conference organised by FCVBA at the newly renovated CKSC gym in Manila Philippines from today until August 27.
Both teams recently got a boost after receiving sponsorship in the form of jerseys.
The national veteran team of 40 years old received new jerseys sponsored by GHK Motors Sdn Bhd while the national veteran team of 50 years old was presented new jerseys by Manager Dato Gilbert Tiong Managing Director of Ezy printing to Captain Khoo Eng Cheong.
The veteran national team of 50 years old comprises Khoo Eng Cheong, Ho Poh San, Goh Kok Ann, Soon Chin Long, Goh Hock Lai, Lim Leng Ann, Choo Hock Yang, Foo Chen Khay Ang, Ang Kian Seng , Chin Fen Mee, Ong Tze keu and Teo Hock Sing.

The team is placed in Group B with Miri Kinsar, Sarawak Hornbill and Hatyai Thailand.
The national veteran team of 40 years is placed in Group B of their event, with teams such as ASABA Indonesia, Miri Kinsar, Sarawak Hornbill and Hatyai Thailand.
The national veteran team of 60 years old had their jerseys sponsored by Linktech.
They will face the Philippines’ FCVBA, Sarawak Hornbill and Hatyai Thailand.
The teams departed this morning.
