A month-long art exhibition titled ‘Rahsia Warna’ (The Secret of Colours) displaying works by Pengiran Haji Md Saiffin bin Pengiran Haji Md Yussof along with five other local artists will be held until the end of January at Rimba Point Shopping Centre in Kampong Rimba.
Rimba Point Shopping Centre Event Manager Hasnah binti Haji Awang Damit oversaw the exhibition’s launch.
According to Pengiran Haji Md Saiffin, seven out of the 25 artworks on display are his own works. The event is aimed at encouraging local artists and students to further pursue their art and be more creative, as well as to push and unearth new talents, alongside motivating the older generation of artists to continue creating.
He added that the event also aims to push the artists involved to create more paintings to showcase to the public and tourists from within and outside the country in various mediums including oil paint, acrylic, watercolour, pencil and pen.
The art exhibition will be open until January 31 and the paintings up for sale.
