IN COMMEMORATING Hari Raya Aidiladha, the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) yesterday held a Korban ceremony at the hall of the Hassanal Bolkiah Stadium within the RBPF Headquarters in Gadong.
Commissioner of Police and guest of honour Dato Paduka Seri Haji Mohd Jammy bin Haji Mohd Shah Al-Islam joined senior officers and rank and file police personnel at the religious event.
The ceremony is held annually by the RBPF Religious Body. This year, two cattle were sacrificed to mark the celebration.

The ceremony opened with a recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by a Takbir Hari Raya Aidiladha led by APO SM 6924 Pengiran Haji Ludin bin Pengiran Haji Mat Tahir, Imam of the Police Surau.
The event continued with the distribution of sacrificial meat by the guest of honour to recipients.
