UNIVERSITI Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) through its Student Affairs Section (HEP) recently conducted a Leadership Course for its Student Representative Council at Outward Bound Brunei Darussalam (OBBD) in Temburong.
About 23 participants completed the three-day course that featured activities such as kayaking, flying fox, team building activities and jungle trekking to build their physical and mental endurance, speed of thinking, teamwork, self-reliance and discipline.
The course was part of UNISSA’s efforts to form a student council that is dynamic, visionary and capable of leadership which are important traits for carrying out responsibilities such as running programmes and providing a voice for students.
