A NUMBER of Chinese community members celebrated the Chinese New Year (CNY) yesterday and among them were the Managing Director of D’Sunlit Sdn Bhd, Jackson Ting and his spouse. The Ting family had an open house held at their residence in Kampong Sungai Besar in Jalan Kota Batu.
Visiting the open house were ambassadors and high commissioners of foreign countries in Brunei Darussalam, business associates, relatives and members of the public.
The Chinese community in the Sultanate is ushering CNY festivities by organising family reunion dinners and open houses. The celebration of the Year of the Rooster symbolise prosperity, wealth and fortune in life, career and business.
