THE Mini Carnival, held in conjunction with the 64th Anniversary Celebration of the Establishment of the Information Department under the Prime Minister’s Office, has continued its run in the Belait District with its launch at the Seria Plaza yesterday.
The two-day carnival will have various booths set up by different divisions under the department.
Activities will be made available in support of the department’s main objectives of raising support and involvement of the community in the government’s programmes towards developing an informative and prosperous nation.
The activities prepared for the public include quizzes on the department, the nation, International Affairs Unit (UHEA); colouring contest; Instagram hunt; and a Mini FotoRace.

Mawardi bin Haji Mohammad, Acting Director of the Information Department officiated the launch.
The acting director was accom-panied by staff of the department including their family members.
The carnival will reach its final destination at the Petani Mall in Tutong District on April 26.
