DIGIMARK Enterprise dumped QAF out of the Inter-Company Sports Fest NBT Basketball Tournament after winning 99-90 in their final group match at Batu Bersurat Basketball Court last night.
Binas and Medina of Digimark combined for a total of 44 points while QAF’s import Legaspi managed 23 points and Caranza 21 points.
Both teams went into the game needing a win to advance to the next stage.
After 10 minutes, they were tied on 29 points.
With better team chemistry, Digimark started to pull away in the second quarter following a number of costly turnovers and fouls by QAF.

Digimark led 46-33 five minutes into the quarter and pulled further ahead (60-45) heading into the break.
Digimark continued on their dominance in the third quarter, extending their advantage to 86-63.
QAF made a late run in the fourth quarter to make the score more respectable.
The next stage will be played next week.
Royal Brunei, IMD, D’Sunlit, Propel and YTE join Digimark in the knockout phase.
