SOME 80 participants including softball teams and the younger generation took part in a softball and baseball coaching clinic conducted by Meikyu-Kai at the Berakas Sports Complex recently.
During the clinic, the training was divided into four stations – beginners, outfielder, infield and hitting.
The participants were also given souvenirs, replica jerseys, caps and badges while the association received balls and bats.
Besides the drills, Meikyu-Kai member Komada Tokuhiro emphasised about morality as a player.
Presenting certificates of appreciations and souvenirs to members of Meikyu-Kai was Pengiran Jambul bin Pengiran Haji Sulaiman, Vice President of Brunei Darussalam Amateur Softball and Baseball Association.
