THE Belait District Women’s Welfare Association (PKP) in collaboration with the Village Consultative Council (MPK) of Pekan Kuala Belait presented donations to 17 orphans during a Tahlil ceremony at the ballroom of the Serikandi Restaurant, Kuala Belait recently.
Guest of honour Serikandi Group of Companies Chief Executive Officer Shaikh Haji Khalid bin Shaikh Haji Ahmad and Advisor for MPK Pekan Kuala Belait David Teo presented the donations.
Penghulu of Mukim Kuala Belait and Acting Village Head of Pekan Kuala Belait Haji Pungut bin Haji Ali and President of PKP Belait and Secretary of MPK Pekan Kuala Belait Hajah Kertini binti Orang Kaya Paduka Setia Diraja Abang Haji Abu Hanifah were also present.
