THE Tutong District Department of Religious Affairs held a Hari Raya gathering at its premises in Pekan Tutong yesterday.
Present as the guest of honour was former head religious officer of Tutong District Hassan bin Amat.
The event began with a recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and Doa Selamat by Imam of RPN Bukit Beruang Mosque, Moksin bin Haji Moktar.
Head Religious Officer of Tutong District Haji Jaya bin Haji Yahya said the gathering aimed to celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri and strengthen ties among attendees.
The event was enlivened with lucky draws. The former head religious officer of Tutong District received a souvenir.
