THE new council of the Brunei Students’ Union in the UK and Eire recently made a courtesy call on the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin and the Scholarship Department, Ministry of Education, Brunei Darussalam.
The delegation was led by President of the Brunei Students’ Union in the UK and Eire for 2018/2019 session Awangku Mohammad Hisyam Al-Yura bin Pengiran Haji Zainal Abidin, and accompanied by Vice President of Administration and Finance, Shaimaa’an Nabielah binti Abdul Rahman, Vice President for Regional Coordination Syaffina binti Shahif, General Secretary Nurin Najla @ Motia’ah binti Hismawadi, and Information Secretary Mohammad Ajrul bin Haji Mail.
During the visits, both sides discussed current affairs in the fields of youth and education. The meetings were held at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Education respectively.
