THE Ministry of Health (MoH), led by Dato Paduka Dr Awang Haji Zulkarnain bin Haji Hanafi, the Minister of Health, conducted a Tahlil ceremony yesterday and recited the Surah Yaasiin as they paid their respects to
the late parents of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Muhammad Jamalul Alam and Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Bendahara Pengiran Anak Abdul Rahman.
The religious ceremony was held at the Royal Mausoleum.
This annual religious activity in the holy month of Ramadhan was also attended by Haji Zakaria bin Haji Serudin, the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Health;
Dr Hazri bin Haji Kifle, the Deputy Permanent Secretary (Policy) at the Ministry of Health; heads of functions; senior officers; officers and staff of the Ministry of Health.
