AS PART of the Day of Action (DoA) programme, the Brunei Council on Social Welfare (MKM) hosted its annual MKM charity concert at the Jerudong Amphitheatre, Jerudong recently.
Featuring local artistes including Fakhrul Razi, Browne, Dani Ahmad, Rafiz, Juan Madial, Effendy Agus, The Young Once and Beatz Band, the charity concert received positive response as 250 attended the concert.
Also attending to show his support was the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin with his spouse.
The proceeds from the ticket sales will be used to finance MKM charity projects.
Meanwhile, the MKM Live Charity Performance event was listed in the Task Force project in conjunction with International Volunteer Day 2018, of which over 60 volunteers from various higher level institutes participated in support of the MKM charity concert.
