The Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) held crime prevention on August 15 at various locations across the country as part of its continuous efforts in crime prevention.

Among the efforts included a patrol conducted by the Bandar Seri Begawan Central Police Station, with 30 police personnel dispatched to strategic locations in the capital. No criminal activities were discovered.

Two roadblocks were also set up in the Brunei-Muara District by Berakas and Muara police stations along the Tungku Link Highway and Jalan Muara. A total of 58 police officers were led by Brunei-Muara Police District Traffic Investigation Officer Acting DSP Kartika binti Haji Abdul Rahman.

Meanwhile, another roadblock was conducted by Labi Police Station in Merangking, Labi, led by Officer-in-Charge of Labi Police Station Probationary Inspector Mohammad Janatun Na’em bin Haji Abdul Rahim.

The RBPF has vouched to continue conducting similar operations in the future to maintain order and peace in the country.
