Police personnel of the Traffic Control and Investigation Department of Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) who stopped a vehicle with blue headlights found drug paraphernalia inside it.
According to a RBPF statement, traffic police while on a routine patrol along Jalan Tutong, Kilanas stopped the vehicle driven by the 26-year-old local woman for driving with illegal headlights at 1am on Monday.
Investigations revealed other violations including the driver not having a valid driving licence and an expired road tax.
Police personnel who also found drug paraphernalia, contacted the Narcotics Control Bureau to take over the investigation.
